Bedrooms.
You can choose to rent the house with three or two bedrooms (T3 or T2) If you choose two bedrooms, the third bedroom will be locked, but you can decide if you want the double room (upstairs) or twin room (downstairs) as the second bedroom.
Ground Floor.
Hall, leading to dining room with an extra chair-bed and two steps leading down to the sitting room with a wood burning stove, satellite TV/VCR, radio/tape/CD player,DVD player and access to the rear patio. An open plan kitchen off the dining room is fitted with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A small "utility" room leads off from the kitchen. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and an adjoining shower room with toilet. (Because of the inconvenience and the ever rising cost of logs,a (bottled) gas heater is now provided. Empty bottles can be exchanged at the supermarket across the road)
First Floor.
Two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, one with an extra chair bed and a small balcony and one with access to the first floor sun terrace. Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. A hair dryer is provided in the bathroom and a travel cot suitable for children up to about 2 years is also available on request (cot only, no bedding supplied)
Roof.
There is a large roof terrace, convenient for private sunbathing.
Rear Patio.
The spacious fully tiled patio with built in barbeque is planted with fruit trees and flowering shrubs. As are the terraces, the patio is supplied with ample garden furniture.Pool.
Access to the pool is by "swipe" card. (See Prices item 12 for further information.)All bed linen and towels (not for beach use) are provided.
